We all want and need to connect with others, but how do we possibly break the trance, interrupt the high-speed rhythm everyone’s flowing at? I’m beginning to see that this disconnected rush we’re in is more permeable than I thought, and mostly just an act. Continue Reading

About Me

Hi. I’m Rachael, a candid friend, writer, marketing specialist and former ACE-certified personal trainer on fire for God. I love joyful, simple moments with family and friends, tranquil morning hours, and heart-pumping workouts (hello, stair master!). I also enjoy Michigan lakes, orange roses, Chai tea lattes and non-fiction books.

One thing I know for sure is that faith is not just something we have, a good luck charm, or even a winding path. It’s a long, upward journey. God encourages us, step by step, to become more like Him. He works in our hearts as we work through the experiences of life. I encourage you to look back and enjoy the view with me, to savor moments and lessons that we’ve collected along the way.
